Introduction Welcome to the Majik Mind Community, hosted by Bradley T. Morris and Majik Media Inc. This is an ongoing, interactive, professional coaching space designed to support your creative journey with ease, grace, and inspiration. Our membership includes courses, session recordings, templates, and personalized feedback from both community members and Bradley Morris.
Payment Terms Membership fees are $247/month unless specified otherwise. Upon joining, you'll choose a payment plan and method, agreeing to these terms.
Cancelling Your Subscription To cancel your subscription, please email coralie@majikmedia.com. Note: Leaving the Mighty Network platform does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Refunds We do not offer refunds for used or unused subscriptions. However, in certain situations, refunds may be considered at our discretion. For inquiries, contact coralie@majikmedia.com.
Mighty Networks User Guidelines Upon joining, you'll set up an account with Mighty Network, adhering to their Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Your registration details will be accessible to us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
Acceptable Use By joining any Mighty Network, you agree to follow their Acceptable Use Policy at all times.
Termination by Mighty Networks Mighty Networks reserves the right to terminate your account for violations of their policy or other reasons. Your access to our services may also be suspended at any time without notice.
User-Generated Content You retain ownership of your content. However, Bradley Morris and Majik Media Inc. hold complete ownership of the training materials provided in Majik Mind.
Governing Law and Warranty Disclaimer Please refer to Mighty Network’s terms at Mighty Networks Terms of Use for details on governing law and warranty disclaimers.
Confidentiality We respect your privacy and confidentiality, especially regarding personal details or sensitive information shared during coaching. Disclosure to third parties occurs only under specific conditions, such as legal requirements or clear, imminent danger.
Termination of Service We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time with written notice if we determine that the working relationship should not continue, or if a client is not suitable for our community. No refunds will be given upon termination by us.
Client-Initiated Termination You may terminate this agreement anytime by writing to coralie@majikmedia.com. Refunds are not issued for work completed.
Disclaimer of Income and Results Majik Mind makes no guarantees regarding income or results from participation. Outcomes may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
